Tips for biscuits

Here's some good advice that makes it easier biscuits and the results are even better.

* For light, crispy cookies to use an electric mixer. Mix the dough by hand wrapping cookie preferences.

* Do not mix the dough. This results in hard biscuits.

* If a recipe for butter, you can replace it with margarine or shortening.

* While biscuits made of butter or margarine are flatter than those made with shortening, have a greatrich flavor. To the best of both worlds, half of each city.

* If you plan to use a frying pan, lower the recommended temperature of the oven by 25 degrees. This prevents the soil from too brown.

* For easy cleaning when you're not in position using a nonstick pan you can use parchment paper.

* When cooking several batches of cookies, make sure you have more than one baking sheet. If the dough on a sheet or hot hotwill be released immediately and you end up with the cookie plate.

* Always cook in the center of the oven. The tray should be small enough that the heat of the oven easily around it. A good rule is at least 2 inches of space on all sides.

* Do not put two baking sheets in oven at the same time. Some will then cook and some will eventually boiled.

* Biscuits distance of at least a year and a half to two inches, including the edge of the pan ishelp ensure even cooking around.

* A simple and convenient to use for cookies is drop a scoop ice cream. It will make your job easier and cookies will have the same size.
