These cupcakes are not just the traditional cupcake that you are accustomed to see, do and eat, but they're so cute! Who does not like ice cream, right? These are the simplest to make cupcakes and they are different, so as to strike any place you choose to serve them to be.
E 'super fun when you use different flavors. I want to use Spumoni and then sprinkle the top with confetti. I also like to use pecans and top with splash. It just looks more realparticular. You can also use white chocolate chips or butterscotch chips for a change 'and then just change the flavor. You can have fun with it. These little guys are great.
Ice Cream Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 / 2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 pint of ice cream (any flavor)
2 / 3 cup frozen whipped topping (thawed)
Liquid Food Colors (optional)
Preparation:
1. Fit 4 stacks of 8 cups in each cup muffin pan with a sheet above the 32Foil baking cups with paper liners.
2. Melt the chocolate slowly in a water bath.
3. Brush the inside of the upper part of the paper cups with melted chocolate.
4. Freeze until they have set.
5. Drop a scoop of ice cream into each chocolate cup and remove it from the stack.
6. Back in the freezer.
7. If you go to high with food coloring, tint the gap between the cups and mix with the whipped cream topping.
8. Addthe food coloring and add the coloring to desired color.
9. Spoon into zip-lock bags.
10. Cut one corner of each tube and topping on the ice.
