Delicious desserts Spice Up Your Valentine's Day

Do not go to a cook-in-training for a spectacular dessert that your girlfriend smiling until the day after Valentine's will. You can create a truly decadent chocolate cake by following this simple recipe. I want the berries are used as major tribal look spectacular and have a built-in handle. Strawberries in chocolate

INGREDIENTS

6 grams bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chopped

4 ounces white chocolate, chopped

PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS

Three quarter cup of cocoa

PREPARATION

Pour the water into the basin of a double boiler. Heat to 140F (60C), covered with lid. In the part of china, place chocolate chips, butter, water and liquor. Place on water.

Heat about 10 minutes or until the chocolate and the butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Remove the porcelain cup from the water bath and gently whisk the egg yolks until just mixed. Place the container in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm. (Notrefrigerate overnight.)

Once cooled, spoon a tablespoon of chocolate and roll each into a ball. Roll balls in cocoa, chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles, etc. if desired. Place balls on parchment lined cookie sheet. Repeat until all mixture is used. Refrigerate until firm. Store in refrigerator.

Alternative method: In saucepan two quarters on the bottom, place chips, butter and water. Heat about 20 minutes or until melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Gently whiskegg yolks and liqueur in the mix. Place the container in the refrigerator for 1 hour. (Do not refrigerate overnight.) Continue as above.

Makes 3 dozen balls.
