Honey mixture (100ml of honey and 100 ml of water) and cranberries (cut or whole)
- 1 / 2 cup nuts (chopped)
- 1 / 2 cup pecans (chopped)
walnuts 1 / 2 cup Brazil (optional) (chopped) -
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 / 2 cup water
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- A 1 / 2 celery, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoonlemon juice
- 1 red or green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- (Or, if you have both half and half red pepper, green pepper)
- 1 romaine lettuce (the cut you want)
- 1 / 2 cup honey mustard vinaigrette
Preparation:
1. Take the mixture of honey and heat in a frying pan. Add the cranberries and cook 15-20 minutes until the berries are tender.
2. Dissolve brown sugar in water and bring to boil. Continue to cook until the mixture is caramelcolor, add nuts and pour into a baking dish. Once cool, break it into small pieces.
3. Peel the carrots and zucchini and cut into strips. This depends on personal preference. I love my fruits and vegetables, cut as small as possible, it is just as large pieces.
4. Toss with celery, lemon juice and set aside. You can also add a little 'pepper. Sweet and spicy ... Can you handle it?
5. To assemble, add the ingredients infollowing order on a plate or in a large bowl
- Leaf lettuce
- Celery
- Zucchini
- Carrots
- Peppers
- He is tall with cranberries and nuts-candy market. Then add some dressing. Please do not overdo the dressing.
This serves about 3-4 people ... Or a really hungry person.
Changes and improvements:
If you want to reduce sugar, caramel and skip the chopped nuts to add the honey mixture of blueberries afterready to cook. Then pour over them the nuts and salad.
An even better idea would be to step by step, just add honey and caramel and nuts alone. You can make up adding a little 'more than medication.
